Webim – agent application Description
The Webim service mobile application will help improve the quality of technical support for your business. Using the application allows you to quickly process requests without losing the quality of one service, and push notifications will not let you miss a message. Agents will be more mobile due to the possibility of not being tied to the workplace.
Authorization in the application is performed using the login and password of the operator registered on the Webim service.
The application has the following features:
- Implementation of communication with visitors in chat rooms;
- Background mode - messages are received even if the agent minimized the application window;
- Possibility to select an operator, including for work in hidden mode, as well as for informative breaks during the agent's shift;
- Displaying the history of correspondence with the visitor;
- Support for push notifications with sound, visual and vibration signals;
- Display of message status (delivered / read) by indicators;
- Ability to edit messages;
- Receiving files from visitors;
- Sending files in chats;
- Display of basic information about the visitor, as well as the ability to request contact information from him;
- Displaying the status of chats in the form of shortcuts;
- Redirecting the visitor to the general queue, to another agent / department;
- Ability to quote visitor messages;
- Displaying a list of site visitors in real time;
- the ability to monitor the seal of the visitor;
- Support for Russian and English languages;
