Salt's app is a solution for condominiums that have contracted the cloud access control service and are looking to optimize security, streamline visitor access, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium access control system made by Salt Security.
You can receive various alerts and messages such as:
- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.
- Your remote control's battery is low.
- An order has come for you.
- Plate Caster Alert (SP)
- Messages from the union, caretaker and porter.
It is also possible to consult:
- Incoming and outgoing consultation. Ex: Know what time your child arrived from school.
- Visitor and visit reports
- Internal occurrence reports
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservation of common areas (Barbecue, Party room, etc. (If you have enabled for your condo)
