Salt is the first ever workers reward program that gives you the power to earn more than your paycheck. Salt is exclusively for hourly workers and is completely free. Salt represents the most valuable thing you have - your time. For each hour you work, you earn Salt which enables you to redeem for our monthly experience and gift drops, share your gratitude with others, and build asset ownership over time.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Log your work hours each day
2. Mine your Salt. 1 hour = 1 Salt.
3. Redeem Salt for featured products and experience drops, every second and last Thursday of the month.
MONTHLY DROPS
You get two opportunities a month to redeem your Salt. The first occurs every second Thursday of the month where we announce our Salt Offers. These are awesome items that are hot and in high-demand, selected exclusively for our Salt members. Then on the last Thursday of the month, we announce our Salt Experiences. Here, one Salt user will get a chance to redeem Salt for a curated, one-of-a-kind experience that’s sure to provide memories for a lifetime.
YOUR SALT IS YOURS, NO MATTER WHERE YOU WORK
Once you earn Salt, it’s entirely yours even if you switch jobs. Save it, share it, spend it - it’s up to you.
