Samir Trading & Marketing is one of the oldest & leading companies in Saudi Arabia, with +68 years of experience and a proven track record in providing a wide range of advanced technology products & solutions, covering main cities & remote areas across the Kingdom.
The journey began in 1953, when Hamed Mahmoud Al-Hindi founded “Studio Samir” on Gabel Street, Jeddah. The business bloomed over the years, and in 1970 it became the sole distributor of Kodak kingdom-wide, followed by the establishment of its first Color Photography Lab.
In 1983, with Mr. Samir Hamed Al-Hindi as the Managing Director, the company relocated to The Hindi Building on Madinah Road and was changed to a private limited company under the name of “Photographic Supplies Ltd.” in 1984. With the world’s rapid changes in the commercial & business landscape, and the provision of new state-of-the-art technologies, digital products & high-quality services in diverse sectors, the company name was changed again to “Samir Trading & Marketing” in 2017.
Today, SAMIR represents many well-known multi-national companies in the local market, through its head office in Jeddah and branches in Riyadh, Al Khobar & Abha
After sales services
SAMIR’s ISO Certified After Sales Services Division offers customers best-in-class service & technical support, through four regional offices located in Jeddah, Riyadh, Al-Khobar & Abha.
The Division consists of +200 experienced, highly qualified & trained engineers & technicians, dedicated to serve customers kingdom wide (main cities & +80 remote areas) with exceptional services that exceed customers’ expectations.
The Service Planning & Delivery Process is managed by experienced & skilled managers, ensuring all services are provided per global standards, best practices, in a timely manner & in compliance with the ISO International Quality Standard Certification.
The ISO Certified Service Division oversees the services provision through dedicated call centers, where all new service requests are registered & scheduled, and completed services are logged into Oracle Services System, for proper quality service delivery & performance analysis
