SBS Mobile Service Domain API Description
With the SBS Mobile Service app, your employees can accurately report time worked, services input and materials on their assigned tasks. It is suitable for organizations whose employees perform activities outside the office. Ideal examples of this are delivery, installation, repair, prevention, implementation of projects, warranty and out-of-warranty service of any objects.
The initial screen of the application is in the form of a list of pending tasks, grouped by date and ordered by completion time. For each task, employees can report time using Start/End buttons, enter services that have been completed, select materials using a barcode reader or from those available in the warehouse, attach photos. The customer can confirm the execution by signing on the screen. In addition, employees can report the time spent on the road or be navigated to the exact address with one button.
As a result, you receive the information on the effectively worked time for each employee, the time lost on the road, a complete history for each customer and service facility with accurate information on what services were performed, what materials were used and how much time was worked.
