In some respects this is a very useful app. It has a LOT of features... basically all of your banking functions are here. However, the overall performance of the app is quite bad. It takes a long time to start up, a long time to load new pages, and a long time to scan. I've also found that it crashes or is out of service too frequently. It's definitely the slowest and least reliable way to pay for things. You'll need cash to back it up.

I am disappointed and frustrated. As a Thai user living abroad, I've found a design flaw during the account setup process due to the lack of global support, limited options for a second verification. It needs a Thai SIM card to complete activation. To the development team, I strongly encourage review, expand to cover a global support, alternative verification options regardless of their physical locations. SCB Easy Net is phasing out and I am being forced to source for other providers.

ATM withdrawal needs a phone number and a OTP code so no real saving on time at the ATM over card service, plus everyone can see my phone number. App interface is a mess. I'm not eligible for many of the offerings so why not let me put banking front and centre? Never feel confident using this app to pay because every service seems to need a OTP or reset each time ( other banking apps just ask once to setup for fingerprint). After searching Debit card details under " my account" not "Debit Card".
