Industrial Safety - S&H - includes a series of forms for surveys, audits and inspections on compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
In its current version it contains four forms. These are Personal Protection Elements (PPE Checklist Control), Control Objectives on the proper existence of Fire Extinguishers (Fire Extinguisher Control), Survey of environmental conditions associated with safety and hygiene issues (Safety and Hygiene - Control Checklist) and health and safety conditions associated with the workplace (Workplace Inspection Checklist).
Taken as a whole, these forms and control objects consider the main focuses of industrial survey.
