Sentry Mobile Description
The Sentry Mobile app enables Guards to perform security patrolling efficiently, keep track of the tasks they have at hand, communicate within the team, manage on-site visitors, submit incident reports, trigger an emergency alert if their safety is compromised, and more.
Guards can:
- Conveniently access the map and/or floor plan view of their assigned patrol routes.
- Receive reminders to start a patrol.
- Complete specific tasks assigned by Managers for each patrol.
- Perform real-time incident reporting with the ability to include images and voice recordings as evidence.
- Request for backup from other Guards or Responders during an emergency.
- Streamline visitor management process and keep track of authorised visitors to maintain site safety.
- Send in-app messages.
Sentry allows Guards to operate offline. Data is then uploaded automatically when an internet connection is established. It is tested and works effectively on low-bandwidth networks including 2G and 3G.
Sentry is part of the Security Risk Manager product suite empowered by the Software Risk Platform. It can be deployed as a module of the Facilities Risk suite of products to integrate security into a multi-services environment.
