Field Service Management application works in co-ordination with our Service Portal & Customer Portal and ERP. This Application is only for Agelixconsulting LLC. and it's clients. Before logging into the application user account has to be created with Agelix Consulting.
We have created a hassle free experience to manage all your Field Operations though your phone. Starting from requesting a part to uploading any faulty part picture/attachment.
FSM for Android Includes:
Priority Dashboard:
To give you your highest priority tasks so that you can work on them first.
Request Parts:
You can request parts onsite and pick later from the warehouse once they are approved.
Know the Parts Issued:
You can see the parts issued for your Service Ticket.
Record/Manage Parts Used:
You can record or manage the parts which you have used in a Service Ticket.
Record/Manage Labor Hours:
You can easily create entries by putting your effort hours for any task.
Record/Manage Expenses:
You can record all your expenses throughout the Service Ticket in a few taps.
Upload Inspections/Attachments:
You can upload variety of attachments based on the requirement of the Service Ticket.
Signature Upload:
You can also take signature from customer on Job Completion.
Offline Mode:
If you don't have Internet Connection in the field/remote areas it's not a problem. You can use the app while you are offline. Later that data will sync back to Server whenever you have internet connection.
