Session:X Description
Recovery, Relaxation, Joint control and muscular control are essential components of a great training programme but squeezing this all into an hour-long training session is near on impossible.
In order to get the very best from any training programme, you need to be able to perform your best and then recover in time to do it all again.
Session:X provides videos for you to follow in-between the training sessions that allow you to recover better, move better, and relax more so that you can go into every session with your trainer feeling a little more ready for action.
Session:X is exclusive to Lift The Bar members and their clients and is a service that is best utilized as a part of a Personal Training programme that includes sessions your trainer writes for you.
Our video library currently provides:
- Pilates
- Yoga
- Guided Meditation
- Healthy Hips series
- Healthy Back series (coming soon)
- Healthy Shoulder series (coming soon)
The videos are all recorded in a follow-along format and can be done from home with mostly just bodyweight although an exercise mat, a yoga block and a towel are recommended.
To get the best from Session:X make sure that you seek specific session recommendations from your trainer as to which session is best for you each time you log in.
Session:X is your mobile companion to the website. It allows you to access on-demand videos on your favorite device anytime, anywhere. You can browse our library of videos, stream free content, or Sign-In to your account to access your classes.
