Rules
1. Objective of the Game
In baccarat, the goal is to predict whether the Player or Banker will win, or if the game will result in a tie. The side closest to a total of 9 wins.
2. Card Values
Ace: 1 point
2 to 9: Face value
10, Jack, Queen, King: 0 points
3. Scoring
Each side is dealt two cards. The total is calculated by summing the points, with only the last digit used if the sum exceeds 10.
For example, a hand of 8 and 7 totals 15, which counts as 5.
4. Gameplay Flow
Betting
Players place bets on "Player," "Banker," or "Tie."
Dealing Cards
Both the Player and Banker are dealt two cards each.
Third Card Rule
If the Player’s total is 6 or more, no additional card is dealt. If 5 or less, a third card is drawn.
The Banker's action depends on whether the Player draws a third card and the value of that card.
5. Determining the Winner
The side with a total closest to 9 wins. Winnings are paid based on the outcome of the bet.
6. Payouts
Player win: 1:1 (double the bet)
Banker win: 1.95:1 (5% commission deducted)
Tie: 8:1 or 9:1, depending on the casino rules
