Simple Control Description
Simple Control is a monitoring system for controlling admissions, rounds and dispatch of guard and physical security personnel, composed of the APP and a management software.
This powerful tool carries out complete control and auditing of the guard's actions:
- Position report validated by GPS, by QR reading, by proximity to BT Beacon or NFC reading
- Sending live man failure alerts when they are not activated
- Report of incidents displayed during the tour, sending images and audio captured from the APP
- Instant panic button with monitoring every 20 seconds and image/audio to validate the event
- Assignment of the guard to an emergency or event with sending the best route to follow
Live Man functionality: it is an activity control. It consists of a button that will be activated every so often at random to be pressed and cancel the alarm sending. If it is not pressed within the scheduled time, an alert will be generated in the monitoring center.
Round Functionality: Requires the guard to send an ARRIVAL or DEPARTURE notice every time he arrives or leaves his post, as well as when he passes through each checkpoint defined for the round. The notice will be accompanied with date, time and position on the map.
News functionality: allows you to send news to the monitoring center, being able to attach information using an image, a QR code, text or voice notes and make calls.
Simple Control is a multi-link application that ensures the sending of events, either by WI-FI or by cellular data network (GPRS-LTE), as well as sending by SMS when the data network is not available. In the absence of a signal, it stores events and retries until it can send them.

This permission ensures that your reports are fast, accurate, and provide the information necessary for an effective response.
Customization of the APP: To give greater entity to the application, it is possible to change the background and logo of the app.
Simple Control is free, there is no cost per purchase or within the APP. Only works connected to a centralized system with SoftGuard DSS
