[Simple VLC Remote] is an app that helps you control VLC media player on your PC, with a phone (or a tablet), similarly to DVD/Blu-ray players which usually can be controlled with their remote controllers.

The app was originally built to control the menus of DVDs and blu-day discs with the side features for the basic video controls, however it is possible to use it while playing video files such as *.mp4 or *.mkv.

* This app is a revival project of 'Simple VLC Remote' from 2022 for 'one day challenge' which had been distributed only locally.
