Site Ox Description
The Site Ox app provides the user with the ability to lease and perform Automated Deployments of Commercial Unix/Linux Operating Systems, and Business Functions, from their mobile device. This simple and easy to use app, provides a non-technical interface to install complex Operating Systems and Business Functions across various platforms and architectures (including: IBM AIX on POWER, HP-UX on Itanium, Solaris on SPARC or Intel, Linux on Intel or IBM POWER, and others).
Using Site Ox Virtual Management (SOVM) technology, this app highlights the ability of Site Ox to perform automated deployment of Unix/Linux systems, in the cloud.
From your Site Ox account, this app will provide the ability to lease and deploy new operating systems and business functions, select configuration parameters for new systems, extend leases on existing systems, renew leases that have expired, reboot systems, archive and unarchive systems. The app user will also be able to view, manage, and respond to support tickets, pay invoices, and view quotes associated with their Site Ox systems and products. The app user will also have the ability to make changes and manage their Site Ox account.
This app is oriented toward the non-technical user wanting to lease cloud-based Unix/Linux environments. So, anyone can use it without system administration knowledge being required to deploy and install complex business functions.
