Hosťovce Description
The village of Hosťovce lies approximately 4 km west of the district town of Zlaté Moravce, on the middle course of the Pelúsok stream. The center of the village lies at an altitude of about 216 m above sea level, between the Tribeč and Pohronský Inovec mountains. The guests on the western side are adjacent to the area of the village of Mankovce, on the northeast to the village of Lovce, to the east the surroundings of the village are surrounded by a forest and behind it the area of Topoľčianky and Zlaté Moravce. Martin nad Žitavou closes the southern border of the area. The Bolkov brook flows through the village, the Jelšavka brook flows from Loviec and in front of Martin nad Žitavou they merge into the Pelúsok brook.
