The app is dedicated to the customers of the Hicloud2 platform, created by SAET for the remote control and remote management of its access control and attendance control systems. In particular, using data partly entered into the system by authorized users and partly from connected IOT devices, it allows you to view information in graphic and synthetic form on the expected presences and on those detected in the controlled properties for the current day, in addition to information on accesses scheduled for the current week, and monthly reporting.
Using the mobile device, users can also make partial changes to the programming previously entered through the dedicated portal.
All data viewing and editing powers are granted according to the hierarchical position of the user who has logged in to the company organization chart.
The user can consult his attendance / work program for the week, moreover, if a manager, he can check in real time the regularity of attendances, the lack of some of them, those present and absent, and can make changes to the program of attendance. work (and consequently to the planned attendance program) according to unexpected needs.
