Smadar Mobile Description
SmadarMobile is a very easy to use POD (Proof Of Delivery) application that lets your drivers have paper free life.
SmadarMobile allow your customers to sign on an actual "Paper like" delivery document and not on a "empty box", which makes the signature process much more reliable and "real" for the customers.
SmadarMobile allow you to capture pictures and add them to the document on-the-fly, add texts and predefined pictures and much more.
SmadarMobile will embed the GPS location of the signature place in the document, as well as the driver and signer name for a complete and reliable process.
SmadarMobile makes a real Digital Signature on the document with a unique private key on the device itself so when the document leaves the driver's device it is already sealed and secured.
SmadarMobile can work completely offline so if the delivery location has no cellular service, the signing can still be made and the signed document will be transmitted as soon as communications will be back.
SmadarMobile allow you to get a real time location on a map of the drivers, move documents from one driver to another and handle all configuration and options from a simple and intuitive web interface.
SmadarMobile can handle AcroForm documents which will force the delivery process to a predefined route (e.g. force the customer to sign in several specific places, capture a picture to a specific place on the document, etc… and will not allow the driver to complete the delivery unless all terms are met).
SmadarMobile can be connected to any ERP/CRM system using a smart virtual printer, which will capture documents such as Delivery Notes, invoices and orders automatically as they are created from the ERP/CRM without expensive interfaces or long implementation and installation.
SmadarMobile will allow you to document the reason of non-delivery or partial-delivery, and these comments can be automatically send to the back office for quick further handling.
