Smart Tracing Task Description
Smart Tracing Tasks is the part of the Smart Tracing Solution that allows you to know and update in real time the status of the assigned tasks and thus be able to have the traceability of the operation in real time.
Additionally, we have the following functionalities: the tracking of the carrier's positions through GPS, this allows the system to trace a route and thus the supervisor in charge can see where your carrier is or if it has already reached your client to deliver the order. Another functionality is also so that the end customer can see in real time through a tracking link if the carrier is already close to his home to deliver the order, this helps the customer to organize better since he can receive the carrier without setbacks.
