What is it?

We know exercise and fitness makes you look and feel better.

We know how important personal trainers are to help you exercise efficiently and correctly (form).

Therefore we decided to create an App, which is your own personal fitness trainer, in your pocket!

This App is ideal for those who do not have a personal trainer, but would still like help with checking that they are performing exercises correctly, as well as being given goal based workouts. If you do have a personal trainer, then this App works as a great supplement when they are not with you.

The App will help reach your fitness goals, and also help improve your form and avoid injury.

It uses a camera to capture your positioning and give you feedback on your exercise performance, giving you tips and advice on how to improve (if any). No videos are stored or sent, and all tracking happens on your device!

It also generates workouts and workout programmes to improve your fitness levels.
