Within the app we will support you in improving your health, fitness and wellbeing using a variety of personalised tools matched to your individual goals. You will have a full online personal profile which you can use on a daily basis. Our tailor-made interactive tracking tools are designed for you to set your own goals and track your progress however best suits you.
These tracking tools give you the opportunity to track your weekly weight, track calories, daily and weekly step goals, frequency of workouts, water and protein daily targets and before and after photos and body measurements. You can use all of these tools if you wish – or just pick the ones that you think will work for you.
We will help you with meal inspiration from our multiple recipe books and you will have your own personal Food Planner to add all your favourite meals and snacks.
You have access to weekly focused support and education to aid a healthy lifestyle as well as multiple live and pre-recorded workout to choose from each week with a variety of Instructors.
