With stazzle Terminal you can digitize the time recording of your temporary employees and thus optimize your processes. The app enables simple and convenient clocking in and out via tablet, which is beneficial for both your company and your external employees.

To use stazzle Terminal you need:
- A stazzle account: You can create this for free at app.stazzle-medical.de for medical institutions or at app.stazzle-business.de for companies in the areas of logistics, production, etc.
- A tablet: The app runs on standard tablets that are designed for 24/7 operation. You can purchase preconfigured tablets directly from us.
- Employee ID cards with QR code: Your external employees receive these from their personnel service provider or company from the external employee profile in stazzle.
Setting up stazzle Terminal is quick and easy:
1. Create a stazzle account.
2. Contact our Customer Success, we
- Connect with your staffing providers.
- Enable the terminal function in your stazzle account.
- And send you the tablets you need.
3. Activate the time tracking function and create a new tablet terminal in the “Time tracking” tab of your location.
4. Connect the stazzle Terminal app to your tablet and your stazzle account: Follow the steps in stazzle and app
5. Pass on the employee ID cards to your external employees. You can find these in the respective profiles in “External Employees” in stazzle.
6. Done! Your temporary employees can now use their employee ID card to record their working hours using a stamp system.
