The Sweet Strength Fitness and Wellness studio offers “one on one” personal training in well-equipped semi-private rooms. It is like your own home studio away from home. We understand that everyone has unique and individualized nutrition and fitness goals. I, Linda, specialize in training women, and my husband, Breeze, trains the men. We are in our sixties and together have had over sixty plus years of experience and education empowering people to gain control over their health and wellness and mindset. We are the only area studio that offers holistic, personalized coaching and training that is geared toward the fifty-plus age group. We understand that as we age gracefully, we have different needs, different challenging life events, injuries, and nutritional needs. Breeze and I are aging well alongside our clients. Aging is not for wimps. However, we are entirely equipped and eager to coach and train any adult of any age. We also work with our clients’ teenagers and college students. Our passion is empowering our clients to reach their goals while serving them in a unique, caring, safe, and fun environment. We are like family here and we get strong and healthy together. It is truly sweet strength that will carry us all into our next seasons of life. We also work with online clients. Now, we are offering online exercise, wellness, and nutrition through one mobile app. We provide customized science-based meal plans in collaboration with the top dieticians in the industry. We provide meal plans that are not a restrictive one size fits all plan or diet. To meet your specific needs and goals weight loss or weight gain including weight maintenance. We offer numerous types of meal plans with a variety of foods, that will keep you motivated and excited with the meal plans of your choice with our expert help and knowledge. This is done very easily and conveniently with a mobile app that you can download through the google play store. Another feature that you don’t find with most meal plans is if you don’t like it you can exchange it with another meal plan with the same number of calories that are already scientifically calibrated into the program. This keeps you motivated and helps prevent burn out and stops those plateaus. Through our Mobil app, you will be able to link to your Fitbit, Garmin, and Apple apps. We will, also, under certain programs, provide you with the personal coaching accountability you need to encourage and empower you to reach the results you are looking for by our other features which include food journaling, weight recording, direct messaging, video exercises, and zoom.
