App doesn't open as it says that new update is available. But even after the update, issue persists as same message is displayed.

Unable to log in & otp also not receiving it shows number & email I'd already registered

The basics are missing, there is no continue watching from option, you need to start over if you pause and exit. Several videos stop streaming after a point and then does not recover at all. It just does not load. I've written to the customer support but only receive a standard response 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We Wil check with our backend Very bad user experience.
