Tec-Care – We have developed a unique application for recording and maintaining the log for asset maintenance management. This application enables users to create their own setup for assets whether it is personal or professional set up. This application also helps people to schedule, track and organize assets data in detail. Asset tagging can happen within applications with encrypted QR code which will enable servicer personnel to see the past records and update the new call logs. This also helps send scheduled reminders to the person who owns and maintains the assets. User level definitions help to assign specific assets to specific vendors / technicians. This application also helps to identify the MTBF (Mean time between failure) for the specific assets. At the end of a specific period detailed MIS reports can be generated for Audit purposes.
