The hockey channel never works!? All the other channels work good. But the NHL channel is the only channel i care about. Please fix this telesim

I really enjoyed this app, it worked damn near flawless until I paid for a year subscription. Now it buffers a lot and the shows aren't very clear when I cast it to my TV. I never had that issue before. And no it's not my WiFi.
