Tetris Clone Description
Tetris is a reasoning game. The player needs to use their logical reasoning to fit the blocks together so that they form complete lines, which are then eliminated from the board. The game gets faster as time passes, which increases the difficulty and requires the player to make faster and more accurate decisions.
Some of the aspects of logical reasoning that are used in Tetris include:
Spatial perception: The player needs to be able to visualize how the blocks will fit on the board.
Planning: The player needs to plan his actions in advance to prevent blocks from piling up and blocking the board.
Problem Solving: The player needs to be able to solve unexpected problems, such as when a block cannot be fitted together to form a complete line.
In addition to logical reasoning, Tetris also requires other skills, such as:
Reflex: The player needs to be able to react quickly to falling blocks.
Motor coordination: The player needs to be able to control the blocks accurately.
Patience: The player needs to be patient to learn the game and improve his skills.
For all these reasons, Tetris is considered a reasoning game. It is a challenging game that can help improve cognitive skills.
The game is based on the original Tetris, and was produced with the MIT App Inventor extension.
