The Fitness Lane Description
With The Fitness Lane app, you can start tracking your workouts and meals, measuring results, and achieving your fitness goals, all with the help of your Personal Trainer Alex and Yoga & Holistic Health Instructor Zoe. The app includes a weekly planner to schedule your workouts and health related tasks. Your workouts will come directly from the app with different types to suit everyone from beginner to a gym addict with no equipment needed! You will be guided through each exercise/program by Alex & Zoe through on demand videos that you can watch at your own convenience or in your own home. You will also be able to link up Apple Watch, My Fitness Pal, Fit Bit, Garmin & Withings to help your progress. The app includes a tracker where you can input your physical activity, body stats & sleep to help motivate you and support you to reach your goals. You also have the option of booking online (or in person in Kidderminster, UK) personal 1-1 sessions with Alex or Zoe including fitness training, habit coaching, yoga practices, nutrition coaching and holistic healthy living advice. A smart meal planner is included for all members of The Fitness Lane app. You will have access to a daily plan of healthy meals to suit most dietary requirements. This allows you to track calories and macro nutrients. Each recipe contains an ingredients list, written instructions & also a video showing you exactly how to cook the meal. You also have the option to swap any of the suggested meals to something you would prefer from the 100s of options available. You can also take photos of and record anything else you have eaten too. Alex specialises in Vegan / Plant-based living so can give advice in reducing animal products in your diet and/or a transition to a full wholefood plant-based diet which is optimum for your health. All users of The Fitness Lane App will have access to customer service support where we can help you with any questions you have about the app. For personal training clients, you will also be able to use our 2 way messaging service between you and Alex/Zoe. Here you can ask any questions you have about the app or your fitness journey including advice on your diet or workouts. You will also receive personalised messages from Alex/Zoe to check in and see how you're doing as well as offering any tips or advice tailored around your needs and goals.
