The Last Refuge of Sound Description
We are The Last Refuge of Sound Studio where creativity is nurtured and freedom of expression is encouraged.
We built this refuge for people to come and enjoy art how it is supposed to be enjoyed. In person, with actual people having actual conversations while listening to live music and thinking about how life could be if we just had the right time.
It becomes difficult for us to realize how much time we actually have because everything seems so urgent now-a-days. This refuge is here to help everyone get away from the urgency and stop to appreciate what has actually happened, and hopefully start to think about what could happen in the future.
We are everyday people, having a human experience. No two people are having the exact same experience and we want to ensure that people get to talk about that, and hopefully they can express some of their frustrations through art.
We built this refuge around music, but we have found that music is the key to helping other find their creative outlets. It may be drawing for you or poetry for someone else. It may be videography, photography, writing, stand-up, etching, woodworking, graphic design, web design.
Anything that takes a human to create it is art, and we are now seeing that even computers are having fun with art.
We hope that this app can help inspire you to start creating your own art. Your art will always be copied, and we are sure that some people will copy our art and use it the wrong way, but we believe that the risk is worth it because it is needed now-a-days.
We hope that this app can bring you some peace of mind during these trying times and begin your creative journey that will help heal the wounds that we all have suffered over time.
