TicTac Challenge Description
Tic-tac-toe is a two-player game played on a 3x3 grid. Players take turns marking a cell with their symbol, either X or O. The objective is to be the first to get three of their symbols in a row, column, or diagonal. If all nine cells are filled without achieving this, the game ends in a draw.
