I find I need to open the app at home, then drive to the restaurant and even that's not enough time for the app to load. It's great once it's opened and working, it seems as though with the last few updates it's just slow. I've missed out twice in one week on points because of this and here's a fun fact, once you pay you can not use your paper receipt to add your purchase to get reward points. I was really bummed out, in this economy I'm trying to save anywhere and anyway I can. Please fix this!
This app is absolute trash. It's very slow loading, and then when you're able to finally put something in to order, the "continue" button just has a spinning circle while it loads. Except it never loads. It just spins. So, I saved $5 by not buying anything at all. This trashy, non-functional app is representative of Tim Hortons as a whole. I'll stick to Dunks.
As of 12/16/23 still Honestly, this is the worst app I've ever used. All it does is recirculate and it takes forever for each menu to load. Trying to use pull down menus and anything after that, it just takes forever or does not bring it down. It just recirculates and recirculates when I go to place an order and either never finishes or just continues to recirculate, tho order was placed. Takes forever for something to delete from shopping cart. No other apps work like this.
