In cases whereby a visitor hasn’t pre-register his visit, walk-in registration can be done at the guard/receptionist. TimeTec VMS will check every visit details to ensure only approved visitors are allowed entry into your premises.

PRE-REGISTER VISITS
Through TimeTec VMS, the staff/user can also pre-register their visits to another company that is using TimeTec VMS. Simply select the company they are visiting, enter the staff name and select the date and time. Request will be sent for approval and the status will be notified to the applicant immediately when the approval has been made.

VISITOR BLACKLIST
Security is essential, thus this feature is designed to block unwanted visitors from entering the premises. The guard/receptionist and admin have the authority to blacklist user, preventing them from checking in or entering the premise. Safety guaranteed.
