Top-Upp Description
Top-Upp app is developed for Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC), Nigeria.
This app helps Marketers and Stakeholders in implementing five step digitalized transformation model to systematically achieve the set objective of revenue goal by improving the Billing & Collection Efficiency.
1) Employee accountability - Top-Upp makes employees accountable by empowering them with all the data (customers, bills, receipts, payment history etc.) required to perform their daily work efficiently and to take appropriate actions & decisions within time.
2) Two-way communication - Top-Upp helps in planning their daily tasks & tracks them on regular basis. Key Stakeholders like Feeder Manager and Supervisors can monitor the performance of each Marketer and helps in working towards common goal and achieving desired results.
3) Identify Areas for Improvement - Top-Upp identifies the potential weak areas where employee's performance can be improved. It also provides Feeder / subdivision / division wise reports and digital profit and loss (P&L) statement.
4) Gamification- Top-Upp motivates Marketers by providing district wise and EEDC wise ranking, badges and rewards transparently. It takes into consideration various aspects of employee's performance like billing efficiency, collection efficiency, collection coverage, Arrear recovery, punctuality etc.
5) Team Work - Top-Upp encourages the team work and create healthy competition among themselves to achieve great result for organization. Employees can perform various activities like issuing duplicate bills, Disconnection, Reconnection and also provides various surveys like Suspended, HNP and PPM customers which keeps EEDC database up to date.
