Total Serv Description
For residents who use Total Serv's virtual concierge.
IMPORTANT: To use the APP, the condominium must be a Total Serv customer.
The Total Serv application is a solution aimed at condominiums that have contracted the Remote Concierge service with Total Serv and that seek to optimize security, speed up visitor access, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium access control system made by Total Serv
You can receive various alerts and messages such as:
- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.
- Your remote control battery is low.
- A package has arrived for you.
- Plate rotation alert (SP)
- Messages from the union, janitor and doorman.
It is also possible to carry out queries:
- Input and output query. Ex: Know what time your child got home from school.
- Visitor and visit reports
- Internal incident reports
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
- Reservations of common areas (Barbecue, Party Room, etc. (If you have enabled for your condominium)
