What does Altınbis mobile application contain? What can I do with the application?
1. You can see the bikes on the app home page. You can get directions to the bike, and if you're close enough, you can rent it.
2. In the Stations menu, stations are listed according to their proximity to you. You can see the distance between you and the station, the number of bicycles and empty parking lots at the station, or you can ask for directions.
3. You can get detailed information about the working principles of the bicycle system from the How it works menu.
4. You can find out the price tariffs for bicycle usage from the Prices menu.
5. You can write to us about station, parking and bicycle faults from the fault notification menu.
6. You can send us your suggestions and complaints visually and in writing from the Communication menu.
7. You can make your membership from the member transactions menu, and if you have forgotten your password, you can make a reminder.
8. You can login with your e-mail and password.
9. You can update your information from the My Account Information menu.
10. You can change your web password and bike rental card password by using the change password menu.
11. You can see your past bicycle usages from the bicycle usages menu.
12. You can perform your subscription and credit top-up transactions from the Buy Card/Load Credit menu.
