Plena İnsan application is a system designed for easy and secure management of human resources processes of organizations over digital environment. Organizational structures can be defined quickly through the application. Employees' personal, family, communication, education, foreign language, work experience information, bank information and documents are kept and followed on the system. In addition, changes in employment and wages can be managed and tracked chronologically from the system.
Institution-specific permission definitions can be defined flexibly through the system. Employees can create permission requests on self-service and view information about the permission process. Permission requests of employees can be followed by managers or human resources.
Employees can create overtime requests via self-service and view information about the process. Overtime requests of employees can be followed by managers and human resources.
One can create training, training categories and training records for the institution. Training plans can be created and employees can be added to the plans. Employees can view and track training information on self-service. The debit information of items such as phones, vehicles and computers given to the employees in the institution can be recorded and tracked. Employees can track their debit information via self-service.
Survey, event, voting, announcement ..etc. to be organized by the internal communication platform in house. Topics are shared. It is shared with employees through the application and their feedback is collected
Employees can view new employees who have just started work and have a birthday, and they can access their upcoming actions, requests for approval and the actions they need to take from a single place. Approval flows of request processes on the system can be customized. During permisson, overtime and training processes, the process can be followed by sending e-mails and notifications.
