We believe that social interactions during workouts boost your limits, making them more enjoyable, motivating, and effective.
Train Together was born when Louis and Marc harnessed technology to recreate the epic fitness moments they shared at university. Once living close to each other, their circumstances changed, inspiring them to maintain their strong bond through workouts despite the distance and differing schedules.
We are confident that you too, with Train Together, can reconnect with old gym partners, or build new connections as you take part in the community!
HOW DOES TRAIN TOGETHER WORK?
Every performance done through the app is recorded with our easy-to-use interface. This makes them available for replay in the future.
When you are ready for a training session, open Train Together on your mobile phone, and choose or create the workout you want to do. You can then add the performances from your friends, other athletes in the community, or even your past self, to your workout session.
With this innovative concept, it doesn't matter when or where the performances were recorded. You can work out with people that live across the globe, in totally different time zones!
SUPPORTED WORKOUT TYPES
Train Together has full support for workouts of type for-time (prescribed exercises and rounds, as fast as possible) and AMRAP (as many reps as possible). You might see other types of workouts (for example, EMOM, every minute on the minute), as people are discovering creative ways to make them work. With that said, the performance replays will not be as exciting, so keep that in mind before using them.
