OPERATING REQUIREMENTS
- TVox Team needs the TVox PBX / Omnichannel Contact Center ver. 10.25 or higher, with ver. 10.24 or lower, please install the TVox Mobile app.
- Mobile app license activated and configured on the server side.

DESCRIPTION
TVox Team allows you to manage, with a single company landline number, all communications even through mobile devices.
FUNCTIONALITY'
- Login / Logout
- Internal chat: send and receive text, audio and video messages or share files and images with your internal contacts or work groups, with the ability to create chat favorites.
- Video Call between internal contacts (Requires TVox PBX / Omnichannel Contact Center vers. 21 or higher).
- Call lookup: display of the caller name of any contact in the company directory, even if not entered in the phone book.
- Personal telephone status management: Online / Do Not Disturb.
- Call history: display of calls made, received, missed (and not) with the possibility of quick callback and consultation of more details.
- Phonebook: internal contacts / company contacts / personal contacts / phonebook favorites.
- Telephone status of internal contacts.
- Profile management: user or agent, with the ability to set Ready / Not Ready status.
- Queue status: view the calls currently queued for your services (only for the agent profile).
- Outgoing calls: possibility to choose the call mode, Web RTC / GSM via callback of the company number / Sim Card.
- Notifications:
• incoming call
• missed call with caller data
• chat received
• queued calls (only for the agent profile)
