Who are we?
Turkish Yacht Captains and Employees Association was established in 1989 to bring together yacht captains working on the Turkish coast.
Since the day it was first established, our association has been a reference source for all experienced yacht captains and candidate yacht captains, and has also been involved in many studies to find solutions to the problems of the yacht captain profession in Turkey.
We continue our work with the excitement and dynamism of the first day in order to pave the way for yacht captains working on the coasts of our country and to increase the qualifications of the yacht captain profession.
What Do We Do?
We organize training for all our member yacht captains to update their professional knowledge on many subjects and to maximize their professional competence.
We spend intense time and effort to bring the yacht captain profession to better levels by preparing new projects to bring solutions to the problems of the sector and the yacht captain profession, developing suggestions to improve the processes, and staying in constant contact with the relevant government institutions with the necessary statistical data and first-hand knowledge. .
At every point where a yacht captain is needed in the sector, we aim to ensure the highest level of mutual satisfaction of both our captains and the people and institutions that need a captain by directing the experienced captains we have within our organization to the most suitable ones.
