So! The main legally established requirements for any PRRO are to ensure that it fulfills the fiscal function through the fiscal server of the control body and the mandatory inclusion of the PRRO in the register of software registrars of settlement operations. If these conditions are met, then such a PRRO can be used for settlement operations regardless of who is its manufacturer.
