How to add and send grievance or information
1. Click on “Add form”. Select one of the buttons from grievance form and information form.
2. Fill the form.
3. If the details in the form are to be edited in the future, exit from the detail page. It will be saved in draft status automatically. Whereas if the details are okay, click on the “Send” button.
4.If you are connected to the internet,you will receive both the sending and the successful sent notification immediately. .
5. If you are not connected to the internet currently, the saved grievances or information will be sent automatically after you get connected to the internet. Whether all the grievance or information has been sent or not can be viewed through notification. In case of failed notification, you can edit and correct the details and resend them again.
6. To send a draft grievance or information, click on the saved button. You will see grievance list, information list, and linked list on the top menu. Select the desired list. Now press and hold the grievance or information for 2-3 seconds to select and click on the send button.
7. To edit a saved grievance or information, visit the saved page and open the detail page of grievance or information. Now click on the “edit” button.
8. To delete a saved grievance or information, go to the saved page and press and hold the grievance or information for 2-3 seconds to select and click on the delete button.
9. To create linked grievances or information, visit the detail page of the desired list. Click on the “create a linked grievance or create a linked information” button as needed.
