Yes indeed. One of the worst app for Mega Corporation like TM. My Unifi Mobile App has been down for months. Can't update, can't load to home page. Without app, can't monitor data usage and difficult to top up etc. Bad coverage. When complain, will be ask to restart phone, do diagnostic, etc. You are also ask to provide longitude, latitude, etc. After all these, you are still in vain and can't get things working.

The apps keeps prompt to sign up despite I've done so. And the app works really slow. Can't even login via website. Sending OTP like ages. Gosh, really irritating with the overall performance. Can't you guys make the apps really stable to users, and please test it out properly before release it to all users or at least allow users to switch to old apps as an option.

Got one question, why my plan Bebas 10 before this the account balance is no expired as long line active. now after upgrade apps, the apps shows the expiry date of account balance. Please clarify. actuallyneed to uninstallthe previous apps first. and then install new one. Then OK. if not, the apps will running not properly especially Android user like me. if IOS , ok then Android. but still need uninstall the old apps because unused and cannot use anymore.
