From now on, communicating notices about breaks in the water network, status of a container, cleaning in a street or garden, falling traffic signals or turning off the lights, for example, is easy and simple. You just have to download the app and follow a few simple steps:
Your community will register you in the system and send you a username and password.
You choose between the options offered by the app: carry out a survey, send an incident, view news or events.
If you have chosen "New notice" a screen will appear where you must select what to fix: sewers, lighting, green areas, etc.
Once the option is chosen, a locator will appear so that you can indicate the exact place where the fault is located using the GPS of your mobile and, you can even photograph it.
Incidents reach the Urbit management team, which will be in charge of managing them as soon as possible.
