VAAALTAR FM COMMUNITY RADIO PROFILE
Vaaltar FM, we’re a community radio station in Taung, North West Province, and broadcasting in other areas of Northern Cape Province. We broadcast within 140 villages, and broadcast in the below district municipalities..
(i) Dr. Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District Municipality including this local Municipality, (Greater Taung Local, Naledi, Maamusa and Lekwa – Teemaneng Local Municipalities).
(ii) Francis Baard District Municipality including; (Phokwane, Jankemp Dorp and Magareng Local Municipality).
(iii) Our broadcast as per Language Quota (Setswana, 60% - English, 30% and Afrikaans10%)
(iv) Our shows content include (Women, Children, People with Disability, Youth, Business and Working class).
