Verify App
The Verify App by Zinc Systems is a great addition to the suite of SYNAPSE products. Providing proof of presence and patrol verification, it supports teams to schedule, dispatch, conduct and verify compliance activities and patrols. The Verify App has been designed with the user in mind. It’s easy to use, drives clear action and has on and offline capability, helping to improve the quality of reporting, raise safety standards and compliance across the organisation.
Verify is fully integrated with the SYNAPSE ‘Analyst; platform to ensure data can be captured, stored, analysed and visualised. This allows you to have complete control over the customisation of routes, notifications, tasks and dashboards.
CHECK POINTS AND ROUTES
Define checkpoints and routes for vehicles and on-foot personnel to full-fill, allowing you to demonstrate full visit compliance with servicing commitments. Legal, warranty and contractual obligations can be proven, whether they relate to buildings or their assets, and whether they are carried out by employees or contractors.
Create unlimited checkpoints assigned to a location.
Upload a checkpoint description and media to assist the user in locating the checkpoint.
Setup the verification method requirement for the checkpoint including barcodes, NFC or geo-location points.
Create routes by linking checkpoints together in an order and provide a ‘group’ of checkpoints that are required during a scheduled visit.
Provide useful information for the route including directions and guideline timelines between checkpoints.
SCHEDULING
Scheduling provides trusted proof that a person was at a given location at specific times and this can be forward planned and repeated allowing proof of regular servicing times, security patrols, recurring visits and other time/location-based events.
Setup a schedule for a route to be completed.
Schedule a single occurrence or apply a recurrence.
Ensure the correct visit or servicing frequencies.
Assign a schedule to an individual or team.
Interactively view schedules on a calendar system or traditional list view.
PROCESS VERIFICATION
The verification process provides trusted proof that a person was at a given location at specific times, allowing proof of visit periods and other time/location-based events and loads tasks to be completed at the checkpoint along with the ability to report an incident linked to the checkpoint.
