Both through Verti's website and through the application, residents, superintendents, advisors, employees and service providers of the condominium can perform their tasks and organize their routines in a simple, fast, efficient way and above all from anywhere and at any time.
Available resources range from simple management of open slips to opening doors in the building using the integrations available in the application. All with the same login and password, receiving pushes for the most important issues, online access in real time.
With Verti, condo life is much smarter. Features (varies depending on the enabled plan):
- complete registration of tenants, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between superintendent and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found, notices, maintenance, etc. (with moderation).
