In order to be able to use our service app securely, you have to register once. But don't worry: You can do this in just a few steps directly in the app. To check your identity, we use the verified video identification process from Nect GmbH. Just have your insurance card and ID ready – the Nect app will take care of everything else for you.

As a statutory health insurance company, the protection of your health data is always our top priority. The "VIACTIV - My Health" app uses the latest encryption technology and offers you the highest level of security with Nect's online identification process. When storing and processing your personal data, Nect GmbH meets strict national and international security requirements, e.g. the German data protection regulations and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). VIACTIV only uses the ID data necessary for your identification (name, date of birth and address). We do not receive any photo or video recordings from Nect.
For security reasons, using the VIACTIV app with jailbroken devices (unauthorized mechanism to circumvent security/usage restrictions) is unfortunately not possible.
