VILOGI offers a business innovation with the first mobile application Vote general meeting for the syndicate of co-owners on smartphone. This free application that works with the syndic management software The Digital Co-ownership allows co-owners to participate in voting resolutions through their smartphone. Managers are gaining in productivity and efficiency with the use of this application. The application facilitates and secures the mobility vote of co-owners, while improving transparency in the conduct of the meeting.
The mobile application VILOGI Vote AG is and allows condominium trustees to give co-owners the opportunity to vote resolutions at general meetings of co-owners from their smartphone, with complete mobility.
For the co-owners:
The co-owners must download and install the application on their smartphone.
They log in with their username and password already used to connect to their extranet account of the co-owners included in the software of trustee of condominium VILOGI www.vilogi.com.
The day and hour at which the GA will be held, the trustee will unblock and launch one by one, the questions on the agenda for the convocation, for the vote of the resolutions.
For each of the questions on the agenda, the vote on the resolution will be opened and made automatically available on the mobile application: at that moment, the co-owner will be able to vote, by clicking on one of the 3 buttons to choose from : YES / NO / ABSTENTION.
Once the co-owner has clicked, the choice of vote will be taken into consideration and will be automatically transmitted to the system.
The vote will be added immediately to the count of the votes with those of the other co-owners for the question, the whole being orchestrated by the syndic of the co-ownership.
Then the trustee, will go to the next question ...
For the trustees:
The trustee of co-ownership will organize the general meeting on the software syndic of condominium VILOGI www.vilogi.com as it is used to do since the time he uses this module.
When he starts the GA and goes to the first question on the agenda by opening the vote. This will result in opening the vote to the co-owners on the mobile application.
When all the co-owners have voted (votes in the showroom or by smartphone) the syndic will close this vote. The smartphone votes for this question will be blocked.
