For the co-owners:
The co-owners must download and install the application on their smartphone.

When he starts the GA and goes to the first question on the agenda by opening the vote. This will result in opening the vote to the co-owners on the mobile application.
When all the co-owners have voted (votes in the showroom or by smartphone) the syndic will close this vote. The smartphone votes for this question will be blocked.
