VirWo Bistro offers everything you need for a modern ordering process, cheap and fully customizable. As a restaurant, club or bar owner, you can easily manage your products, create QR codes for tables and process orders. You can choose between cash and PayPal payment methods.
In the order overview all orders of today are visible. These include the table number, an order number, order and processing time stamp and an overview of the products and the payment method. For a clean overview there is a .csv export function where you can select the time period to export. Orders that were made via cash payment can also be canceled directly via the tool. For PayPal payments this is done through the PayPal account and the orders can be deleted from our database by request. When an order is completed, it can be marked as Completed. So you always keep the overview.
In the product management you can insert your food/beverage menu. A product can be made invisible at any time, for example, if a drink is no longer in stock on that day. Products must be assigned to a category. The user can later compose his shopping cart, filtered by the categories.
Categories need to be maintained and help the user to sort the offer.
How does the user reach the menu? Via a QR code directly at the table. You can create QR codes for your company here, which are later located at the corresponding tables. A user simply scans the code and, after successful registration, is taken directly to your menu.
Whether or not you want to support PayPal as a payment method is entirely up to you. This is one of many settings in the company settings. Apart from the payment methods and a custom minimum order value for PayPal, a profile picture can be uploaded, opening hours and contact details can be maintained. What makes the whole thing special for the user are the colors that you can set for your company. As soon as a user scans a QR code that belongs to you, buttons and user interfaces on the ordering website are colored according to your color settings.
You as a user get an application for your Android device. The customer always reaches everything via a website behind the QR codes. VirWo Bistro is not a payment service provider. Therefore, we are not liable for wrong orders, for example in case of cash payment. Here we give the tip to always finish a small part of the order first, serve it and then the rest of the effort. Likewise, we do not create invoices for you. The user receives an in-app receipt overview, you, as a company, can export this as .csv.
