Visita Virtual CSN Description
The Nuclear Safety Council is the only Spanish agency with competence in nuclear safety and radiation protection. Its mission is to protect workers, the public and the environment from harmful effects of ionizing radiation. In October 1998, complying with Article 14 of the Law establishing the Nuclear Safety Council on information to the public, an information center was opened.
This center is an interactive space in which, through a guided tour of 29 modules can be known in detail various aspects of ionizing radiation.
It is divided into four areas differentiated by the colors of the panels, the first dedicated to natural radiation, artificial radiation to the second, third and easements to the risks of nuclear energy and the last to the Nuclear Safety Council.
This application lets you tour the grounds of the Information Center via a virtual recreation.
