XWorkerBee application helps employees to self-time each day by phone. Each employee will be managed to provide an account including account code, username and password to log into the app.
Main functions of the application:
1. Timekeeping (check-in, check-out) by camera and navigation
The installation staff will allow the app to access the camera and location, so that when checking-in or checking-out, the application will check whether the employee's standing position is valid or not, then capture the face with front camera, and save location and time of attendance. Face photography is intended to prevent employees from asking someone else to check in time, locating for the purpose of allowing employees to time only within the allowed range and to get coordinates when standing.
App will remind employees to check in before work and leave before leaving as notify, to ensure employees don't forget to take time.
2. Apply for leave
Staff taking leave on the app, admin will review this information.
3. Please go late, leave early
Staff please leave late or leave early on the app, admin will review this information.
4. Receive notifications
The employee receives and monitors the notifications sent by the manager, the entire notification will be displayed on the app.
